Setup
Print to a Dymo in three steps
Choose the Dymo template
In EasyScan, choose Dymo as the paper brand and pick your roll number, for example 30334.
Open the system dialog
Click Print, then in Chrome choose Print using system dialog (Cmd+Option+P on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+P on Windows).
Match the paper size
Select your LabelWriter and set Paper Size to the same roll number. Leaving it on Letter or Undefined makes labels drift.

Frequently asked questions
Which Dymo printers work with EasyScan?
Any Dymo LabelWriter your computer can print to, including the 450, 4XL and 550. You just need the Dymo printer driver installed.
Do I need Dymo Label or Dymo Connect software?
Not for designing labels. EasyScan builds the label and sends it to your LabelWriter as a PDF through the print dialog. The Dymo driver still needs to be installed.
Why are my Dymo labels drifting or cut off?
The printer's paper size does not match the roll. Use the system print dialog, set Paper Size to your roll number, print at 100% scale and turn off headers, footers and margins.
Can I use third-party labels?
LabelWriter 450 and 4XL printers take compatible rolls. The 550 series only prints on genuine Dymo labels. Either way, choose the template that matches the roll's size.
How much does it cost?
Dymo label printing is included from the Basic plan at $9.99 a month, with a 10-day free trial when your store is eligible.
