Reinstalling does not restore unused trial days. If your selected plan is ineligible, billing starts when you approve the subscription. Check the charge and trial details on Shopify’s approval screen before confirming.

Before you subscribe
How your free trial works
Your first trial
Stores with no previous trial recorded are eligible for a 10-day trial on any plan. The trial begins from the subscription’s creation date. Review the trial and billing details shown by Shopify before approving.
Trying a higher plan
A plan above the tier you most recently trialed qualifies for a new 10-day trial, even within the 90-day waiting period. The plan order is Basic, Standard, Advanced, then Pro.
For example, after trialing Standard, you can trial Advanced or Pro. After trialing Advanced, choosing Basic or Standard does not qualify during the waiting period. Switching between monthly and annual billing does not change the plan tier.
Returning to the same or a lower plan
A new 10-day trial is available once at least 90 days have passed since your most recent trial subscription was created. Starting another eligible trial restarts that 90-day period and updates the most recently trialed tier.
Uninstalling and reinstalling
Unused trial days are forfeited when you uninstall. Reinstalling does not resume or reset that trial. A new subscription is checked against the same eligibility rules above. If it does not qualify, there is no free trial and billing starts on approval.
Example: if you uninstall five days into a Standard trial and reinstall on Standard during the 90-day period, the remaining five days are not carried over. Selecting Advanced or Pro can qualify for a new 10-day trial.
Trial extension codes
A valid trial extension code can add days to a new subscription, including when the normal 10-day trial is unavailable. Trial extension codes can be redeemed once per store and cannot be applied while a subscription is active. Codes are subject to their expiry and redemption limits.
Billing and cancellation
When an eligible trial ends, your selected subscription price applies. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; annual plans are billed once per year at the full annual price shown above. To cancel, uninstall EasyScan from Shopify. Uninstall before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. Cancellation does not reverse charges already incurred.
