Getting Started with Exchange It

Overview

Exchange It is built for online stores using the Shopify e-commerce platform. Using this app, you can restock returned items, refund customers and create new orders!

Store Setup

Exchange It is super simple and requires no setup by the store owner. Simply install the app and start processing your returns! The software does all the hard work behind the scenes! To install the app just go to the Shopify app store or click here!

How It Works

When you receive a return from a customer with an exchange request, simply open the customer's original order within Shopify, and click "Exchange with Exchange It" from the More Actions menu to create a new exchange order.
