How to redeem

Which scanner do I need?
Any scanner that types into a text field works, USB or Bluetooth. Test it in a notes app first: if the full barcode appears, including leading zeros, it will work in EasyScan. A phone camera covers quick stock checks.
Do I need the Advanced plan?
Only for purchase orders, transfer orders and forecasting. Picking, packing, stock checks and bin locations are on Standard. With 40 days you can trial Advanced and move to Standard before billing starts.
We were on Stocky. Does this replace it?
Stocky closed on 31 August 2026. EasyScan covers purchase orders, suppliers, receiving and stock counts, and there is a migration checklist on this site.
Can I use it across more than one location?
Yes. Stock checks and counts are per location, and transfer orders move stock between locations with scan verification at both ends.
Do I need the code before I install?
No. Install first. On the plan page inside the app, click “Redeem a code”, enter WWS and the plan cards update to 40 days. Then choose a plan.
What happens after 40 days?
Shopify starts billing the plan you approved. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Basic is $9.99 a month, Standard $39.99, Advanced $79.99 and Pro $129.99.
