On the Dashboard page, you’ll notice the “Create new request button”.
The button will let you search your orders and, if fulfilled, request a return for it, the same way your customer would via the Returns Portal.
First you’ll need to search for the order concerned:
You will then land on a Create Request page, which contains all the same information and choices as the Returns Portal page that your customer would see:
Using this page and clicking "submit request" (top right button) will create a request with the items selected, for you to approve.
You’re probably going to approve the request, since you created it yourself!
Specifically for that reason, we have the auto-approve option.
If you check it, your return will be marked as “Approved”, ready for inspection!
