Bulk update EasyScan Bin Locations

To bulk update the Bin Locations we suggest using the Matrixify app. It is designed to handle a large number of bulk product updates perfectly, as well as many other Shopify bulk updates!

EasyScan uses the Product or product variant metafield to assign Bin Locations. The Metaflied properties can be bulk updated by Matrixify. Please see more information here - https://matrixify.app/documentation/metafields/

It is very important that you use the correct Metafield namespace and key so that EasyScan can identify your Products Bin Locations.

We use the namespace: 'my_fields' and the key: 'bin_location'.

For Products this looks like: product.metafields.my_fields.bin_location

For Product variants: variant.metafields.my_fields.bin_location

Therefore when using Matrixify the column name should look like 'Metafield: my_fields.bin_location'.

Once the input has completed you will be able to find your products at their Bin Location within EasyScan!
